Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the e-bike in its original box with all components, manuals, and chargers included to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
